- 1 cup oyster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

- 4-5 radishes, thinly sliced

- 2-3 green onions (scallions), chopped

- Kosher salt, to taste

- Garlic and herb seasoning, to taste

- Mustard greens, for the wrap

- Olive oil, for sautéing


1. Prepare the Ingredients: Clean the oyster mushrooms and slice them. Thinly slice the radishes and chop the green onions.

2. Sauté the Mushrooms: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced oyster mushrooms and sauté until they are tender and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Seasoning: Sprinkle kosher salt and garlic and herb seasoning over the sautéed mushrooms, adjusting to your taste preferences.

4. Assemble the Wraps: Take a mustard green leaf and place a spoonful of sautéed mushrooms onto it. Top with sliced radishes and chopped green onions.
